1) Claim Back Policy
We will allow you to claim back or return product with the following criteria:
No 1. Product mismatch;
No 2. Wrong color;
No 3. Prodcut with obvious quality issue;
All the claim back/return/exchange product request, kindly inform me within 3 working days from the date received and return the product within 7 days from the date received.We will allow you to claim back base on below situation: We shall not entertain if over the duration stated.
Below situation, customers are not allowed to claim back:
No 1. Return item has been wore and tag removed;
No 2. Special discount/promotion item;
No 3. Unresistant damaging;
No 4. Customers who are not contacting us for claim back/return arrangement;
2) Product No Stock
We will return the money to you or you may exchange for other products.
